Role Description
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Community Success Manager to join us!
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via telegram, discord and email
- Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Operation teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Crypto, Blockchain is a plus
- Experience using Telegram, Discord, and other remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and patience are a must
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
